What is Gestalt?
Your human, dog and horse coaches will guide you through an experiential process of self- discovery and personal growth involving “all ” of your body, mind, soul, assisting you to find the answers with-in. Gestalt is a wholistic lifestyle of experiences living in congruence of the entire body.

Are animals really effective in mental health?
There is no question animals can offer healing support and comfort, they have been doing so since the late 1800’s as recorded Florence Nightengale in her book “Notes for Nurses” published in 1859. Sigrmund Frued made mention in the early 1930’s and Boris Levenson in the early 1960’s.
Both dogs and horses have been living with people for thousands of years, so they have become very attuned to our emotions. Additionally, humans have selectively bred dogs and horses which are highly sensitive to our cues.
Horses and dogs are being recognized as healers in areas ranging from PTSD, traumatic life experiences, animal assisted intervention AAI, animal assisted therapy AAT, animal assisted coaching and mental health conditions aiding us in moving through life’s ordinary challenges with more clarity and confidence.
Offering service for anyone in need of trauma guidance. Specializing in Veterans and their families and All others.
